Custom Product Reorder Help

What is custom product reorder?

Like the name suggests, custom product reorder allows you to select and order custom products that you have previously purchased from Brady.

Important: Please note that only custom products ordered directly from Brady are available for reorder online. Orders placed through a Brady distributor may not be associated to your account and so will not show in your list of previously ordered custom products.

What products are included?

Brady sells a variety of different types of custom products. At this time the custom product reorder tool includes the following custom products:

    Custom product reorder is available to all Brady customers but requires a BradyID web account. Simply login to your BradyID account and visit the My Account section to see your previously ordered custom products. Note that even if you have purchased from Brady before and have an account with us, you must sign up for a web account separately. When you do, we'll sync to your account and past purchases.

    Important note on new web accounts: After signing up, please be aware it may take several minutes to sync to your Brady account.

    Some important limitations

    While we strive to make the reordering process as simple as possible, there are some limitations to the process.

    • Only custom product purchases placed since June 1, 2021 are currently available.
    • While you can change the quantity of items when reordering, other changes to the product (color, size, etc.) are not possible at this time, and would need to be requoted.
    • Original quotes, proofs and other collateral information for a custom product are not presently available online.
    • As mentioned, only products ordered directly from Brady will appear in your list of custom products.
